The film follows a Korean family of taekwondo experts who immigrate to Thailand. The Kick ( Korean: 더 킥 Thai: วอนโดนเตะ!!) is a 2011 Thai martial arts film, directed by Prachya Pinkaew. After the son foils an attempt to steal a priceless Thai artifact, the family becomes national heroes and the target of revenge by the criminal gang whose robbery they stopped.
